  • Controlled all partnership creative with Marvel, Star Wars, Mr. Beast, CNN, Apple TV, and Paramount brands

  • Managed creative marketing department budgets, along with all vendor and IC contracts

  • Responsible for overseeing creative strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, managing $70M in billings and a team of 125 employees, including 25 creatives. Key accounts include:

    • T-Mobile Wireless National Brand Advertising

    • Metro Prepaid Wireless National Brand Advertising

    • Aflac National Brand Advertising

    • Special Olympics

    • KEXP Radio

    • New Business Development

  • Led T-Mobile’s Marketing Communications (MarCom) through the $43B merger with Sprint in 2020, facilitating the formation of the third-largest wireless carrier in the U.S. This strategic initiative resulted in a 52% year-over-year increase in U.S. annual revenue and a 68% year-over-year increase in EBITDA, alongside achieving one of the lowest churn rates in nearly a decade

  • Developed and implemented a dynamic, customizable digital advertising system for T-Mobile, overseeing the creation of strategic parameters, master creative development, and system maintenance, optimizing digital campaign effectiveness

  • Led the development and execution of the $6M Bud Light All Stars (BLAST) eSports program, overseeing all aspects from influencer and gamer discovery to contract negotiations. Key components included:

    • Ideation and development of creative concepts and program marketing strategies.

    • Forming a strategic partnership with Twitch for content integration, including live streaming and exclusive content series.

    • Curating a 9-month online content series following the All Stars, culminating in live on-stage content at TwitchCon featuring celebrity gamers such as Shaquille O'Neal, Snoop Dogg, Greg Jennings, and Adrienne Curry.
